Alyson Shedd

Alyson is the helpmate to her husband in his pastoral ministry at Harvest Assembly of God. Alyson and Brad enjoy a family of eight children, six daughters and two sons. Brad is a third-generation, ordained minister, holds a masters degree in divinity from Regent University, and ministers through expository Bible preaching. He also conducts with Bay Youth Orchestra, and serves as an adjunct professor at Regent. Together, they are called to equip, teach, and mature the Body of Christ to lead families in an unashamed pursuit of holiness, set apart to be salt and light to a society of broken, dysfunctional homes. Through absolutely no merit of their own, Alyson and Brad live by the mercy and grace that covers them for this time they are given on this earth. Brad and Alyson, are graduates of the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. They, along with their children, are dedicated musicians, and have been featured twice on the 700 Club, and highlighted on other television networks as well. Alyson spent many years in home education, with her children, and now serves as a music teacher, in public school education, where their children now attend. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from ODU, was teacher of the year in Chesapeake Public Schools, and enjoys hospitality and entertaining in her vibrant and active home! They enjoy long-term friends, family time, and going to the mountains for their yearly getaway!
