Cindy Aitken is both a homemaker and an educator. She enjoys caring for her three children while also helping students learn through creative writings and songs. Cindy, her husband Shawn, and their five children live in the Virginia Beach area where they desire to serve the Lord through the talents He has given them.

The book of Proverbs is a wonderful treasure trove full of insights, instruction, understanding, and wisdom. In this teaching, Cindy shares with us examples from her own life on how she has put those treasures into practice with her relationship with God, her students, her five children and her husband. She encourages us to dig deeper to see how we can glean from even the seemingly small surprises God gives us through the scriptures and apply them to every aspect of life. When we offer of ourselves, we take time to treat the others around us well, with value, love, and honor, and that is the key component of wisdom!
