As worshipers of the Living God, we must worship Him in Spirit and in truth! Jesus never fails to meet us at the right time and place, just like He came to the well for the woman in Samaria! He knew she would be there! And He knows where you are today, as well! During the holiday season, feelings of loneliness and exclusion seem to bubble up much easier than normal. But if we look into the scriptures, Jesus tells us that we are chosen by Him! We are in God’s family and we are also His friend!

Made with apples picked from Carter Mountain Orchard, located in Northern Virginia, a crumbly cinnamon topping, and an extra burst of flavor from orange juice, this recipe is wonderful for a late afternoon treat, or after dinner, topped with caramel sauce and ice cream!
