It was the cutest thing and such a sweet moment!
Our little granddaughter, Viviana, was watching a video episode of the prophet Elijah. We were all in the family room together.
The video showed the prophets of Baal and Asher dancing around and chanting before their false God, and no fire came from heaven. Then it was Elijah’s turn and he and his servants prepared the altar and the sacrifice, and drenched it with water.
When he prayed, the fire came down from heaven, and all the people were amazed.
The video showed one woman who dropped to her knees and bowed down with her arms outstretched and her head to the ground, and she said, “Our God is strong, He is not weak!” Soon, other people on the video responded, and all knees were bowed and they were praising God.
What surprisingly happened next in our family room, was so precious. Viviana, age three, jumped down from where she was sitting and quickly dropped to her knees with her arms outstretched, bowing down, just as the woman did on the video, and she said, “I will praise God too! Our God is strong; He is not weak!”
It was so precious to us all, and did our hearts good to see a child’s praise to God!
