Dr. Deborah Reynolds Harper is an accomplished journalist, holding higher degrees in the field of communications, including a B.A. and M.A. in broadcast television and journalism, with a cognate in public policy. She has held positions with both secular news outlets, and conservative Broadcast Networks and publications. She is the mother of seven children, and now grandmother of two, and raises her family along side her husband of nearly 32 years. She delights in the study of God’s Word, and applies it’s principles to her daily life, and finds her greatest joys in times of quiet meditation and surrender, in the presence of Almighty God. Her life’s mission is to tell others of the love she has received, through the grace and truth of the Lord Jesus Christ. In our kitchen segment, we use a garlic spread, pulled pork barbecue meat, barbecue sauce, and pepper jack cheese, to create a delicious french bread pizza. Ten to 12 minutes in the oven is all it takes!

In our first devotional of this series on “God’s Perspective On Money,” we read from Ecclesiastes 11, and learn that there are Biblical principles to “casting our bread, or grain, upon the water,” and after many days, it will come back to us. It requires prudence to put money toward something, and not see the profits immediately. We will learn both practical and spiritual ways that we can see a return on our money.
Here we have “Chicken Enchiladas,” that are easy and delicious, with Dr. Deborah Reynolds Harper, in the kitchen. Using tortilla chips, roasted chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and shredded cheese, they mix quickly and bake for one hour.
