In the first scripture sharing, Bible-teacher, Shermaine Jones, will teach on how to overcome the pitfalls of procrastination and what the Bible says is the best ways to overcome and push through with the tasks at hand!
This week we will be discussing the topic of, “Work,” and how God intends for it to be! And how, “Laziness,” keeps us from doing the right productive work!
This week we discuss how to “Discern,” the heart of God and how we are to operate with, “Wisdom and Discretion,” in all that we do and say, and even what we choose not to say!
In This Week’s Edition, we are on the topic of “Delight,” and what the book of Proverbs says about it.
Join Dr Dana as she shares the different ways God shows His love for us, speaking to our hearts so that we may find the deep joy in walking in relationship with Him!
In this First Edition of our Spring Series, Part Two of Wisdom of the Proverbs, we will be discussing two major themes within the book of Proverbs so that we may better follow the LORD God! Shermaine will share with us on the topic of the fear of the Lord. She will take us to the scriptures to see what they say on the commands, descriptions, and benefits of fearing the Lord as well as the consequences of not following Him.
This edition wraps up our Five-Week Winter Series, of The Wisdom of the Proverbs-Part 1 and the topic is Seek. Join our host, Dr. Deborah Harper, as we hear a teaching from the Hyatte Sisters about the attributes of the Proverbs 31 woman. Recognizing that her wisdom comes through developing a relationship with the Lord, establishing her identity in Him, so that she might find strength to be diligent and wise with all of her dealings.
In week 4 of our Winter Wisdom of the Proverbs Series, we will learn about the wisdom of communing with our Heavenly Father and fellow believers. Join our host, Dr. Deborah Harper, as we hear a teaching from Margaret as she shares the ways in which a person can act foolishly, and the steps you can take to ensure you walk with wisdom instead.
To know wisdom requires diligence as we study and apply the principles that given through scripture, in our own lives. Join our host Dr. Deborah, as we hear from the Hyatte Sisters, as they teach on the importance of studying scripture in order to obtain a deeper level of understanding and wisdom of our Heavenly Father. In her kitchen, Lerin shares with us a recipe for stuffed peppers, a family favorite, giving us several tips along the way. And Dr. Deborah will share from Proverbs 4, on how it’s important to guard our hearts, mouth, eyes, and feet, allowing God to instruct us in His ways so that we may walk in His ways. And then we have a special worship segment where we listen and watch as the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir sings, “My Help,” a song from Psalm 121, written by Jackie Gouche Farris.
