Our devotion to God requires a full surrender of our heart. This involves our minds, emotions, and will. We sing here for you, the classic hymn, “I Surrender All,” in today’s time of worship in song.
In our first devotional of this series on “God’s Perspective On Money,” we read from Ecclesiastes 11, and learn that there are Biblical principles to “casting our bread, or grain, upon the water,” and after many days, it will come back to us. It requires prudence to put money toward something, and not see the profits immediately. We will learn both practical and spiritual ways that we can see a return on our money.

But, it’s God who gives us the ability to gain wealth, (Deuteronomy 8:18), and we are to remember, lest we perish, that it is He who has helped us, and that it’s not because of our own power, or the work of our own hands. Minister, Billy Harper, shares this message called, “Don’t Be Self Sufficient!”
