Ingredients:
- 2 cups white or brown rice
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Salt
Directions:
- Prepare rice per instructions on bag.
- Fluff rice once cooked.
- Transfer rice to serving bowl.
- Mince cilantro.
- Mix cilantro into rice
- Add juice form limes, and mix.
- Add salt to taste.
