Double Corn and Ham Bake

For a tasty new recipe, try this quick easy-to-make dinner! I found it on the box to the Krusteaz corn muffin mix, so we made it for dinner with the ingredients we already had on hand, and found it to be delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch of Krusteaz Honey Cornbread and Muffin Mix
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (8 1/2 oz) niblet corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups ham, cubed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease 13×9-inch pan.
  3. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  4. Spoon batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 48-52 minutes.
  6. Top with additional cheddar cheese, if desired.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Enjoy!

  1. I assume the corn bread mix is put in dry rather than following box directions for making corn bread and then adding the other ingredients.
