With a new season comes new opportunities to diversify your wardrobe. This is one of my favorite things about the changing of seasons. Here are some trends to look out for this summer:
Peek-A-Boo Dress: The classic maxi dress has gotten an update! It is now popular for maxi dress to be made of a light sheer material that goes down to your feet covering a thicker, shorter material that usually stops halfway towards the knee. Beat the summer heat while looking fabulous!
Off The Shoulder: This option includes tops and dresses. The neckline is large and stretchy. The best part of this style top/dress is that you can choose just how much shoulder you want to see. It provides options for every individual taste. Just don’t forget the extra sunscreen!
The Color Yellow: The hot color this season is yellow. Mimicking the summer sun, yellow is a great color to shop for; no shade is exempt! Find the perfect shade to match your skin tone. If you have peach undertones, try soft canary yellow; but if you have olive undertones, try a bold lemon yellow.
Jumpsuits: Day or night, jumpsuits are a perfect fit in your summer wardrobe. You can wear them to work, to lunch with your friends, or on a date with that special someone. Dress it up or down. There is no wrong way to wear this piece.
Fringe: Whether it’s a dress, jacket, or vest, it should have fringe. Inspired by their 70’s ancestors, these items are a fun and flirty statement piece to add to your wardrobe. Enjoy spinning around and watching your fringe twirl!
Enjoy adding these fun summer styles to your closet!
