Ingredients For Alfredo Saucee
2Tbspbutter
1large clove of garlic crushed
1tbspall purpose flour
2cupsheavy whipping cream
1/4cupsour cream
1/2cupfresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2cupdry Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Instructions For Sauce
Melt butter in pan. Medium Heat
Add crushed garlic and saute until fragrant.
Sprinkle flour, whisk, and slowly add heavy whipping cream. Keep whisking constantly.
Whisk in sour cream, parmesan cheeses, salt, and pepper. Lower heat.
Keep cooking on medium-low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring often. (Do not let it boil.)
Instructions for Chicken
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until golden and cooked through, 8 minutes per side.
Let rest 10 minutes, then slice.
Instructions for Shrimp
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter until melted.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook until pink and completely opaque; 2 to 3 minutes per side.
